Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager


We are looking for a results-driven and client-centric Business Development Executive to source for and manage our corporate clients and partners, developing long term relationships with them while seeing through their needs and requests.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to create new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present new business proposals for clients based on their business objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
  • Work independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders see through order fulfilment
  • Be the main point of contact for clients during and after a paid promotional period.
  • Conducts analysis and provides recommendations related to emerging industry trends and expansion opportunities
  • Strategize and develop business opportunities to reach revenue targets
  • Organize events with our partners and internal stakeholders
  • Onboard new corporate clients to a platform-based listing system


  • At least a Degree in any discipline
  • Must possess strong customer service skills and good negotiation skills
  • A good team player with good follow up skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently under fast-paced environment.
  • Takes initiative to make things happen
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fresh graduates may apply


  • Minimum diploma in business related fields
