Am I allowed to turn right on a red light at an intersection?

In the Philippines, you may generally turn right on a solid red light after coming to a complete stop, provided there is no signage prohibiting the turn. However, if the stoplight features a dedicated red arrow pointing right, you cannot make the turn and must wait for it to turn green.
