What are the penalties for driving with an expired driver's license?

The penalties depend on how long the license has been expired: If it is expired for 1 to 30 days, the fine is ₱3,000 for the first offense. If it is expired for 31 days or more, the first offense carries a ₱10,000 fine and your vehicle will be impounded.
