For a smooth renewal, you must prepare your original Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR), a valid CTPL insurance policy, a passed Motor Vehicle Inspection System (MVIS) result, an emission test result if applicable, and a valid government-issued ID. Missing even one of these requirements can lead to the LTO rejecting your application.
