What is the penalty for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or drugs?

Drunk or drugged driving without causing injury carries a fine between ₱20,000 to ₱80,000 and a 12-month license suspension. If it causes physical injury, the fine goes up to ₱200,000 plus license revocation.
