Yes. A valid foreign driver’s license can be used for up to 90 days from your arrival in the Philippines. If it isn’t in English, carry an official English translation or an International Driving Permit. If you’ll stay longer than 90 days, you’ll need to convert it to a Philippine driver’s license at the LTO.
