What is the difference between TDC and PDC?

TDC (Theoretical Driving Course) is a 15-hour course on road rules, traffic signs, and safe driving, and you need it to apply for a student permit. PDC (Practical Driving Course) is at least 8 hours of hands-on driving lessons, and you need it before applying for a non-professional driver’s license. Both must be taken at an LTO-accredited driving school.
