What is usually included in a car’s PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service)?

A basic PMS usually includes an oil and oil filter change, and a check of the air filter, cabin filter, fluids, brakes, tires, battery, and lights. Major PMS schedules at higher mileage may also cover spark plugs, coolant, brake fluid, and transmission fluid.
