At Quicksellauto Corp (“Motorist”), we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with every purchase made through our platform. While we do not provide refunds, we offer a 1-for-1 replacement policy for most eligible products, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

    1. Motorist does not offer monetary refunds for any product purchased.
    2. Instead, we may offer a 1-for-1 replacement for eligible items that meet specific conditions.
    3. Products that are eligible for 1-for-1 replacement will be clearly indicated on their respective product pages.
    4. Products that do not specify this eligibility are considered non-returnable and non-replaceable.

  2. Return and Replacement Window

    2. Customers are required to submit a replacement request within the timeframe stated for that product.
    3. If no specific timeframe is mentioned but the product is listed as eligible for a 1-for-1 replacement, the request must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.

    4. Motorist or the respective vendor reserves the right to inspect and verify the product’s condition before approving a replacement.

  4. Return Costs

    1. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product for replacement.
    2. If the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error, Motorist or the vendor may cover the return shipping cost at their discretion.

  5. How to Request a Replacement

    2. If Motorist is not the vendor, please refer to the vendor’s contact details and instructions provided on the respective product page.
    3. All requests will be reviewed, and customers will receive a response within 3–5 business days with further guidance on the return or replacement process.

  6. Non-Returnable Items

    1. Certain items may not qualify for replacement due to their nature. These may include, but are not limited to:
    1. Products marked as non-returnable, final sale, or custom-made.
    2. Perishable, consumable, or hygiene-sensitive items.
    3. Digital goods or downloadable content.

  7. Final Decision

    1. Motorist reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all replacement requests.
    2. Requests that do not meet the conditions stated, or are submitted beyond the product’s return window, may be declined.
