If your license plate is lost or stolen, report it immediately to the LTO and file a police report. You will need to submit the police report along with the vehicle’s details (plate number, chassis number, etc.) to apply for a replacement. LTO will issue a new plate after processing your application. Fees will apply, and you might also need to provide proof of vehicle ownership.
