Can I sell my vehicle if I lost the original Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR)?

You must secure a duplicate OR/CR from the Land Transportation Office (LTO) before selling the vehicle. The buyer will strictly need the original physical documents to legally transfer the vehicle's ownership under their name.
